Do you allow refunds?
We only allow refunds on items that are faulty. We do not allow refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, if you need to change a size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have availability for an exchange. Return shipping is at your own cost and a credit will be issued if we are unable to exchange your size. Customized items are unable to be refunded or exchanged.
Where do I find my correct size?
Sizing can be found on each product listing. If you have any queries about the correct fit, please message us or email email@example.com and we will help you find the right fit. If you would like a size different to those listed. Just ask!
How long can I expect to wait for my order?
Please allow at up to two weeks for production, we are a one woman team so orders can take sometime to produce. Our sewing/creating days are Mon-Wed mornings. If you are concerned about your order reaching you within a time frame please just contact us and we will be happy to help. Shipping times will vary depending on the time of the year.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! We can customize almost everything we carry. just fill in the form on the Custom Orders page and we will get on to planning something awesome!
How do you send out your orders?
All orders are sent out in compostable courier bags, they can break down in your home compost or worm farm, so please don't throw them in the trash! Anything that doesn't fit in a courier bag will be in a recycled cardboard box. We like to get quite creative with re-purposing cardboard boxes so you'll likely get your order in something that used to be two or 3 boxes and has been rebuilt to fit that product. Please recycle or reuse the boxes where possible.
