What are your payment options?

We take payments from 
Afterpay(NZ), andLaybuy Global (NZ,UK & AUS), Shopify Payments (All major credit cards) and allow bank transfers. 
All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST when shopping within NZ. 

How much is Shipping?

$6 flat rate- all small item shipping New Zealand$11 flat rate Medium item shipping (car seats)  New Zealand$16 flat rate Large item shipping (bike baskets, luxe tents) New Zealand$16 flat rate - all small item shipping to Australia$22 flat rate - all small item shipping to United Kingdom$26 flat rate - all small item shipping to United States, Canada and Mexico (large items by request - Bike Baskets,  car seats and tents)Rest of the world, send us a request via info@furchildsupplyco.com or DM on social and we will quote you a price

How will my order arrive?

All orders are sent out in compostable courier bags or recyclable boxes, our courier bags can break down in your home compost or worm farm, so please don't throw them in the trash! Anything that doesn't fit in a courier bag will be in a recycled cardboard box. We like to get quite creative with re-purposing cardboard boxes so you'll likely get your order in something that used to be two or 3 boxes and has been rebuilt to fit that product. Please recycle or reuse the boxes where possible. Sometimes you will find us using our favourite eco packaging for our fragile items - unflavoured popcorn! 

How long will my order take?

Please allow at up to two weeks for production, we are a one woman team so orders can take sometime to produce. Our sewing/creating days are Mon-Wed mornings.  If you are concerned about your order reaching you within a time frame please just contact us and we will be happy to help. Shipping times will vary depending on the time of the year. 

Do you allow refunds?

We allow refunds on items that are faulty. We do not allow refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, if you need to change a size, please email us at info@furchildsupplyco.com to see if we have availability for an exchange. Return shipping is at your own cost and a credit will be issued if we are unable to exchange your size. Customized items are unable to be refunded or exchanged. 

How do I find sizing?

Sizing can be found on each product listing. If you have any queries about the correct fit, please message us or email info@furchildsupplyco.com and we will help you find the right fit. If you would like a size different to those listed. Just ask!

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We can customize almost everything we carry. just fill in the form on the Custom Orders page and we will get on to planning something awesome!

Do you offer discounts?

As we are a small business who is dedicated to slow fashion you won't catch us throwing huge sales for every holiday and season of the year, instead we support our loyal fur friends by offering an incredible loyalty system - Pooch Points, earning you discounts for your spend and rewarding you extra on your birthday!

You can check your balance or sign up by clicking the pink "VIP Club" button down the bottom right of every page.

We urge you to support slow fashion creators where you can during sale seasons, particularly when it comes to the big box sale days such as labour day, boxing day and black friday.
